Chapter IV Supervision and Administration

According to Article 23 AQSIQ foreign suppliers for the goods quality and quality system operating conditions, dynamically evaluate their level of integrity of its implementation of category management.
Twenty-four have obtained qualifications registered foreign suppliers, one of the following occurs by AQSIQ issued Class A warning, revoke its registration qualifications:
(A) providing false immigration documents;
(Two) the registration certificate or registration number transfer other businesses use;
(Three) the existence of fraud when the output of waste materials such as fraud;
(Four) output of waste materials failure or severe environmental projects there is a serious risk of the epidemic;
(Five) B Class warning during the Class B warning occurs again triggered one of the circumstances;
(Six) does not match the return shipment;
(Seven) have been returned once again delivered substandard waste materials in mainland China;
(Eight) are not subject to supervision or follow-up on-site supervision and inspection found not complying with "imported solid wastes as raw materials inspection and quarantine supervision and management methods" (AQSIQ Decree No. 119) Article VIII.
Twenty-five have obtained qualifications registered foreign suppliers of one of the following occurs, AQSIQ issued Class B warning, inspection and quarantine agencies to its output of waste materials implement a 90-day full inspection:
(A) Within one year goods fail to match or cumulative environmental projects failed more than three batches (including three batches) of;
(Two) and has a larger epidemic substandard quarantine risk;
(Three) in accordance with the provisions of Article 24 of the Rules is revoked after regaining registered;
(Four) on-site inspection found defective quality control system.
Twenty-six foreign suppliers withholding relevant information or providing false materials applying for registration, AQSIQ not accept or not registered. The foreign suppliers may not re-apply within one year of the registration.
Foreign suppliers to fraud, bribery and other improper means to obtain registration, the AQSIQ shall be punished according to law. The foreign supplier within three years may not re-apply for registration.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 27 of the Rules of the following terms:
Imported solid wastes as raw materials, is included in the "restrictions on imports of solid waste as raw materials category directory" and "automatic import license class solid wastes as raw materials," approved by the state environmental protection departments imports of solid waste as a raw material, referred to imported waste materials.
